Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Preamble

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must use our returns portal. You can find the returns portal on our website. Please follow the instructions in the returns portal to process your withdrawal and return the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal in the returns portal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Items

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Cancellation or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. It also expires for goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, or for audio and video recordings and software if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Linked and financed contracts

If you finance this contract and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the financing agreement, provided both contracts constitute a single economic unit. This applies if we are also your lender or if the lender cooperates with us in the financing. If the financing has already been provided to us when you cancel or return the goods, the lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract. To avoid a comprehensive contractual obligation, exercise your right of withdrawal and also cancel the financing agreement, if possible.
